Day 2476 | Sleepover Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


On Thursday, my oldest niece came to the city to go out with some friends and they stayed over the night so they didn't have to go straight to school. This kind of screwed up my sleep as I stayed awake to make sure they arrived safely. I also volunteerd to sleep on the couch which isn't a problem that much for me. Aside from this I had a pretty regular day but will need to adjust and Friday likely will be something of an off day where I will just try to get in some kind of productivity.

I did make fresh crackers and hummus on Thursday spending some kitchen time and kept my eating healthy but too much in total.
