Time for Another Spinner Ring?
It's been a few years since I had a spinner ring. I sold the last one because I lost weight and it was too big for me, but it was a great ring. It was made of Sterling silver and had a Cuban-style chain in the center that spins. It was stylish and a fun thing to fiddle with when I was bored or stressed.

I have a bad habit of biting my nails when I'm bored or stressed. While I was wearing the ring, it helped quite a bit. I'd spin the ring for a minute or two, the boredom or stress would pass and my nails didn't take the abuse.

It's not exactly cheap, but it's certainly not going to break the bank either. I'll have to see what other options are available, but it's tempting. I may just end up grabbing another one, but we'll see.
