Convenience for Me, but Not for Thee!
Have you ever thought a business was making it so hard or convoluted to use a product or service that it seemed like they didn't really want your business? That's how it feels lately when trying to figure out planning a dental cleaning for my dog with my vet. They only do cleanings Tuesday through Friday. The pet is sedated, so it's an all-day event, and they expect you to drop them off at 7am.

They're open on Saturdays, but of course they don't do cleanings then. I understand the vet doesn't want to have the pet stay overnight, but most of us don't want to dedicate an entire day off from work to clean a pet's teeth. It's at the point where I'll keep using them for regular services, but find a mobile vet who is willing to do dental cleanings on Saturday.
At some point, time is money. I would rather pay a little more to not waste an entire vacation day when 85% of it will be spent doing something while I wait for the vet to finish cleaning my dog's teeth. When there's so much competition, why should I settle when I can easily find a company willing to work a little to earn my business?

In today's market, I just don't understand why a business is so restrictive. Dealt with similar stuff here too. It is crazy.
Yeah, it makes no sense to me. The majority of the clientele work Monday through Friday, so it makes sense to be open on at least Saturdays.

Yeah, so annoying... I get this a lot with mechanics. I try to get a quote, I try to get an appointment, and they don't answer the phone or they always seem bothered by the fact you're taking your car to them. Man, I'm literally coming to you to give you my money, if you don't like it fuck off, I'll go to your competitor
