Hear you there, I'm catching up... 32 in a few days! Thankfully I added strength training to my regime a few years ago and it has helped me so much. My back was getting sore from all the sitting/work from home haha.
Weird how every single day could be unique like that, the inconsistency of being a human I guess. My motto is if you're not falling, you're not learning 😂
