Get an Uber man

Although I am an avid disc golf player, I don't play regular golf much at all. In fact, this photo was taken the last time I played regular golf. It was back in 2019 and we had taken a camping trip up to the upper peninsula of Michigan. Obviously, given the fact that I rarely play, it is safe to say I suck. It's not that I don't enjoy golf, I just find it tedious and expensive compared to disc golf. I don't really even watch that much golf either.
The masters came and went without me watching a single hole. If someone has it on, I won't bother to change it, but it isn't something that I sit and watch. I've thought about getting set of clubs for @mrsbozz and taking her out to the driving range, but it's apparently not a priority, because we have yet to do that.
Needless to say, while I don't hate golf, it just isn't a big deal to me.
I say all of this to segway into a story that is likely old news now. I think my wife and I were down in Virginia when we saw the news that Tiger Woods had once again crashed his SUV. It's certainly a sad story knowing the ability and potential that Tiger had and then seeing him fall so hard so quickly.
As my wife and I were sitting there watching the news she made the comment "why can't he just get a driver, it's not like he doesn't have the money". Which is probably true. I mean gambling addiction aside, it is probably pretty safe to assume that he still has quite a bit of money floating around out there.
I saw some comments on this and it seemed to indicate that the main reason he doesn't use a driver is due to privacy concerns. Which I guess I get, but at this point, is that really the biggest thing you need to be worrying about?
I'd think that hurting yourself or even worse someone else would be a bigger concern that someone knowing that you are visiting the dentist or letting the paparazzi know where you are going to be. I guess the royal family would likely disagree with that, but who knows.
It's also one thing if you are just minding your business and you get in a wreck, I mean accidents happen right? However, in this case and the previous one, it's pretty evident that Woods was under the influence of something.
As I said, it's sad to see people with such potential fall so hard, but it's also a reminder that these heroes we have are fallible. However, fallible doesn't mean they should be allowed to act irresponsibly.
I really hope Tiger gets his act together, or at the very least hires a driver from now on. He actually may not have a choice if the judge has anything to say about it.
