Another week, another update, and this time it’s a mix of powering up, shuffling things around, and a reminder that sometimes real life (and health) just gets in the way.

➡️ The big highlight this week was Hive Power: +200 HP, partly fueled by delegation reshuffles and some extra focus on curating with my own voting power. I’ve already started seeing the effects show up in my Hive Earnings Tool (👉 hiveearnings.botlord.eu), so the strategy seems to be working!

🧩 What Happened This Week

• Delegation Shuffle I shifted quite a bit more power back into my own curation. It’s always a tricky balance between helping projects grow with delegations vs. fueling my own returns, but this round seems promising so far. And let's be honest, the previous balance was hardly a balance...

• HBD Interest The monthly interest payout hit, and HBD keeps tracking steadily toward the 1500 goal. If nothing major changes, like HBD APR , that one looks pretty much in the bag for EOY.

• EDSI Honestly, still a long way off. Unless something big happens in the coming months, I probably won’t get anywhere near the 250 goal this year, but hey, that’s part of the game.

• Tipping Bots The hardened version is running stable on some bots now, and the results look solid. Abuse attempts? Of course. But this time the setup is holding up well. Next step is rolling this protection out to the rest.

• Witness Work My @botlord Hive witness continues to hum along smoothly. Did a bit of maintenance this week, nothing major. If you haven’t voted yet… this is me dropping another gentle hint 😉 👉 vote here.

🌱 The Human Side

Midweek, I got knocked down pretty hard by illness. Bedtime wasn’t optional anymore, and that slowed down my development work and posting streak. On top of that, weekends are family time, so between coding, posting, being sick, and keeping witness servers happy, the balance tipped more toward survival mode than “beast mode.”

But that’s part of consistency too: show up, even if you can’t show off.

🎯 Next Steps

• Push the tipping bot updates to all remaining bots.

• Keep watching the curation gains after reshuffling delegations, and fine-tune if needed.

• Try to squeeze in more dev work if health and life allow.

Consistency over intensity, week after week. Slow growth is still growth, and we’re stacking Hive one block at a time.
