Sunshine, Work, and Sunset Talks: A 10k Step Story
You know those days where the sun practically dares you to stay inside?
Yeah, I didn’t.
The first walk was a classic “power lunch” move, 5km under a sky so blue it felt photoshopped. Every step was a little vote for “let’s make today awesome.”
Fast forward a few hours (and a whole lot of emails, calls, and home repairs later), the day was starting to weigh a little heavier. But you can’t not step out when the sunset looks like it’s straight out of a Monet painting.
A shorter walk, maybe, but packed with deep breaths, casual neighborly chats, and that surreal golden glow where everything looks like it’s dipped in warm honey.
9km total. 10k+ steps. Some moments fast, some slow, but every one of them counted.
Note to self: when in doubt, walk it out. Especially if the sky’s putting on a show.
