Greetings Dear Reader;

.

Hope you are well.

How is this Principle for timing?

Principle....In Adversity, Flexibility is Key....Be the Willow.

This Timeless Truth...as it is with regard to most Principles...is rather straightforward.

It sounds simple however it is not easy.

Let's look at a life situation that most everyone has experienced at one time or another. A houseful of people....relatives...friends....etc....expected or unexpected...matters not. We have our own way of doing a thing and now that is suspended to be sure and the sooner one becomes acquainted with the new circumstances the better which requires flexibility.

For some this is 'Adversity' in its purest form....right? ^__^ How is one to cope? We could think of a few silly suggestions that sound splendid but really will only worsen the situation. Let's give it a think.

It looks like loads of 'Flexibility' is going to be required....for example....Someone needs to be in charge...oh that is too mature...you say. Well it has to be done...Someone must try to organise eating times and menus, etc.....See where 'Flexibility' comes in handy. Establish order....remain objective...and be the Willow.

How come this does not sound like 'Flexibility' when indeed it is. Flexibility is being able to set things in order when it is not your forte, or delegate such things to others which again may not be your preference....however the bigger picture is to bring order out of what could easily slip into chaos.

In all reality...'Adversity' can be ever so much more of an hardship than the situ mentioned above....much more so...but the Principle still applies. The sooner we can establish a routine and order....the better off we shall be.

Thank you for dropping by today. ^__^

Wishing you and yours all the best....God's best!

'For by Grace, are you saved through Faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.' Ephesians 2.8,9

It is faith alone in Christ alone for eternal life/ salvation.

Kind Regards,

Bleujay

I love the fruit pictures, so well balanced and beautiful. The Study of Yellow is nice too, so many nice visual elements and of course three of my favorites... lemons!

Flexibility really is the key to surviving this world we live in. Without it life can be miserable, if you aren't a natural leader delegate the task to an organizer. But most importantly it's important to remember that life is short and fleeting. Don't forget to live it fully along the way and flexibility can that much more possible. Great principle and post, and keep strong to for your faith. Without a center there is not need for flexibility!

Even though it's difficult, we eventually become flexible in the face of adversity. Resisting them can sometimes cause you to break. Instead, it's best to let them blow over you like the wind. Writing is easy, but putting it into practice isn't always so easy. I hope you're having a nice weekend @bleujay and aren't dealing with any adversity.

I really like fruits picture.Life often brings us to moments where only flexibility helps. The willow tree example truly resonates, don’t break, just bend and get through the moment. Bleujay’s your style always makes you reflect.

In life, if we don't have any principles, then success seems very difficult for us. It is better to do everything according to the principles. Things will be easy for us and life will be filled with happiness. And photography is very beautiful.

Greetings @encuentro ,

Thank you for your reply.

What an amazing transition...quite a somber thought and yet...it makes sense that globally we are destined to the same. May we have your very common sense attitude accompanied by a grounding in faith in Jesus Christ.

Kind Regards,

Bleujay

I love the fruits in the first picture, and the strong, bright yellow in the second one - so refreshing!
Concerning 'flexibility', I tell you: I need it these days as situations are changing so fast.

Principle....In Adversity, Flexibility is Key....Be the Willow

I immediately started to think about adversity and how it means things are not going to plan with new solutions to come up with. Then, how the perfect plan is not rigid but flexible because things just tend to go wrong! So when they go wrong, it is that flexibility that enables you to squeeze out of a tight spot or see things from a different angle.

The willow is definitely a formidable tree with deep roots and flexible branches. Makes me think of martial arts and how that combination of strength, stability and flexibility would serve you well. After all, fighting is literally adversity and you better find the key in a real fight.

Definitely one to consider!
