What is good folks
Man I woke up this morning and it felt like my spine was trying to exit my body through my neck.
You hit a certain point in life usually right when you think you got everything figured out and your body just decides to send you a bill for all the dumb stuff you did in your 20s.

I used to be able to sit in this chair for 16 hours on the computer just grinding away on coffee and cola.
Now if I sit weird for twenty minutes while debugging a script I’m walking like a question mark for two days It ain’t cool.

We spend so much time in this space talking about assets stacking tokens building the stack running nodes making sure the servers are patched and secure,
I got backups for my backups on the digital side but the main hardware the meat suit piloting the keyboard I’ve been running that thing into the ground with zero maintenance.

It’s funny we look at charts all day worrying about red candles but ignore the red flags our own systems are throwing up.
I ain’t trying to be some fitness influencer or gym bro you won’t catch me drinking kale smoothies or whatever but I gotta make some changes.

The reality is all the crypto bags and digital real estate don't mean jack if you keel over because you ate too much processed junk and never saw the sun
I think I need to start treating my health like I treat my server uptime essential maintenance not optional .

Maybe I’ll just start by actually drinking water instead of just coffee until 4 PM Baby steps eh
Just gotta keep the machine running long enough to enjoy the gains eventually.
