So in this post I will get into my most recent little project, I touched a bit on it in yesterdays post but going to do more of a deep dive in this one.

Anyway so what you see above is a screen shot of my main computer notice the anime wtv the fuck with the big jugs?
Don't ask I did not make the model 🤣.

Like I mentioned I stumbled on an ad for a speaker with an AI dancer

I thought it was neat but sort of lame at the same time... but that's just me I am sure lots of folks will buy it... if they can since it's on kick starter.

But for me it's a no, because it doesn't make sense, I can have something even better and more useful but that also means I have to build something. That is not really an issue so I got started and made some decent progress.

It may seem complicated but it's actually not, you have a 2d avatar character with moving limbs, mouth, eyes, facial expressions, and you hook that up to AI and then you hook transcriptions, and also give it a voice and have the AI control this avatar and listen and respond back with their voice, that is fairly bare bones you have to add more capabilities and actually maybe it's pretty complicated just depends who you ask and as I started writing it out I realized it's actually a fair bit and maybe only simple in my mind 🤣

But anyway I am fairly happy with what I got so far but it is still not where it needs to be, there is a whole lot lot of potential here.

I will need to sort of the character as I am not trying to get into character design, I will see If I can get some AI to help make those 🤣 You know how I do, and can set up all sort of personalities I can have one for my Suna session podcast I been sleeping on I tried to do another episode but it was not great you can't have a co-host that is changing all the time lol

Also thought I can make some dino one and give it strict instruction and see if it can be a kid friendly dino that will only talk about dino stuff could be a really sweet edition for my dino game I started working on but there is no way I could make that bit available commercially since I would need to relay on some cloud on demand GPU as it would not be able to sustain more then one conversation at once, but maybe I just do it for my kids they really like dino and then I can just share the code and folks that got the means can deploy.

Any who the building continues for personal use I am trying to make a super assistant the avatar already follows the mouse wherever it goes but I will set it so the model can actually see what I am doing and contribute or help me stick to the plan I set out for my self, could remind me or just offer general help on the fly, the possibilities are endless!
