Reality of AI work

Stuff that folks make with AI is often scrutinized hard and hated, it's almost like cheating right?

I don't agree, AI more so shifts the work dynamics.
We move more from conducting the raw work to delegating and validating the work AI does for us.

Essentially our work moves to a managerial position, the best managerial gig ever....

With humans there is no way to have management without subordination, now subordination isn't inherently bad however this power dynamic often leads to abuse.

Taking the human element out of the subordinates makes for a more humane system, often people just feel like cogs in the machine being utilized until they crap out and are replaced.

These AI models do not mind being cogs in your machine, beyond this giant ethical benefit of AI work, there are other benefits that do not come with exploiting human labor, let's be real folks if we breaking even where is the profit come from bud ? Someone gotta get shorted.

So we got AI workers that do not mind being exploited, do not get tired or need brakes or compensations or vacations...

You want to be future proof? Step up your managerial skills. That's going to be the job to stick around the longest before everything is fully replaced, and this doesn't mean you have to necessarily be using the AI. It's going to get way easier to use it. It's more so the managerial skills that would apply in any situation
