welcome to the rose roast (and it had to rhyme). This post smells like… well, you’ll find out. Roses, man, those little red flex machines. Show up everywhere, acting all “pick me” at weddings, funerals, and that awkward first date with someone who only eats chicken fingers. Let’s be real, if you never tried to stab your sibling with a rose stem as a kid, you either lying or grew up fancy.

Let’s do bad poetry because that’s the national sport:

• Roses are red violets are blue,
  these flowers are sus like that stain on your shoe.
• Roses are red violets are neat,
  stepped on a thorn now I’m bleeding on my feet.
• Roses are red violets are blue,
  why this bush staring at me like it knows my crypto bag is down too?
• Roses are red generic as can,
  if she says “they’re just flowers,” dawg… you got no plan.

Puns? Oh, you better be ready: roses always get to the “point,” it’s a “thorny” topic. Wanna smell nice? Petal to the metal, baby. Why’d the rose break up with the daisy? It just needed “space to grow.” Roses keep all the bees busy every day’s a “buzziness meeting.” This flower’s basically the punk of the garden: looks soft, hidden spikes, gets all the attention and never pays rent.
