Why Do People Die? ~ MCGI Topic Review.
Death is painful because we never get to see the one who dies again but that same death teaches us something good. Actually, death hurts us a lot but we have to understand that it is not something which is evil and that’s why we fear death because we always have it in our minds that it is something evil.
But for those who serve God or those who know the ways of God, they know that death doesn’t mean something which is evil.
In the book of Isaiah 57:1, it says The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.
Death can mean salvation in the sense that it takes away the good people from this wicked world that we all reside in. And there is no way we won’t die even though it might be sooner or later.
Let’s look at the life of John the Baptist, he died. Even Abraham, died. If we look at the life of Jesus Christ who’s the son of God, he died as well and that should make us know that death is inevitable and we all will die.
If the Lord Jesus Christ, the most perfect on earth can die, who else won’t die? We’re not as perfect as Jesus but he still died so nothing will make us that special or to escape death.
Instead of the evil which is about to come to befall on you, God will then use death as a means of salvation to you just to save you from something you may not be able to bear in future.
Death isn’t something that is very bad. It’s a way to save us from the evil that is to come.
Death reminds us of judgement
