What The Bible Says About Domestic Violence ~ MCGI Topic Review.

When I pray, one of the most important things I pray about is that the devil shouldn’t locate my home, my life and the lives of those who I love.
Any home where domestic violence happens, it has to be crystal clear that satan has been able to penetrate into that house as it is the work of satan to have hatred against one another.

Just imagine it. A man or woman whom you have always loved wholeheartedly and one day, you will begin to raise your up your hand to hit such person. It means that satan is already involved. He causes it because no one in their right senses is going to harm who or what they love.

One of the rules of God is that a man should love his wife just as he loves himself. For you to decide to get married, it means that you have accepted to love the other party wholeheartedly and as much as you love yourself.
This is the teaching of God and that is God’s will.

In the Bible, Ephesians 5:28 says; So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself

That’s just the simple arithmetics about this. God loves us as much as he loves himself and that was why he created us in his own image. If He doesn’t love us, He wouldn’t have created us in his own image.

If you claim to love something, you have to take care of it. That’s what God has asked men to do with their wives and not beat them or turn them to punching bags.

A good man will never raise his hands to beat his wife no matter what happens. And I pray that our men are filled with thw holy spirit so they can know the right thing to do and not beat their wives.
