Staying Healthy Biblically ~ MCGI Topic Review.
God, our creator is so kind that He has given us all that we will be needing on earth. He gave us water, air, animals that we can use as food and even plants that can serve us food for us so we basically have all that we need.
Since we have all of these, we are supposed to be eating healthily as Christians because we have to be healthy in order to be able to praise the Lord.
Ecclesiastes 3:13 says, Also that everyone should eat and drink and take pleasure in all his toil—this is God's gift to man.
It’s might have been a different case if God has not given us the permission to eat whatever we want to eat. There is food and he created animals so that we can be their kings and eat them aside from the unholy ones He asked us not to eat.
Brothers and sisters, the Bible admonishes us to have exercise which is one of the ways that we can be healthy.
It is very wise and important for us to know a healthy way of eating and living. It can be in the aspect of food, taking water, fruits or even exercising our bodies so tht we can sweat.
Sweating shows that you are living healthily but not sweating all the time because that can also mean that there is something wrong somewhere.
We should also have some physical activities for about thirty minutes in a day and bodies are going to be active. We are going to know that we are fine. Christianity is not only about reading the Bible, but you should stay healthy too because only a person who is alive praise God.
That’s how it works and I hope we all practice these healthy ways of living.
