WHO IS TO BLAMED THE INVENTORS OR THE USERS

It may seem reasonable to hold inventors accountable for the negative effects of their products because if not for them they won't be existing in the first place. In the world we live in now it is known that some inventions meant for good have later become harmful, And some medication that has been meant to heal has become harmful to the body and is being abused by the youth of these days.
Inventors are creating something new everyday which is beneficial to the world at large but then these inventions are being used wrongly by people. Just like social media which was created for people from all over the world to connect. Social media made it possible for people to connect to the world from the comfort of their homes. Today what is happening to that same thing that was supposed to connect the world "people are using it to perform fraudulent acts on others".
But today's generation are using it in a wrong way they are sticking to the phone whole day and the other thing when someone is posting wrong on the social media or internet then the inventor is been cursed that why he has invented such things, so now how could a inventor wrong when he has made right thing but people are using it in a wrong way. Even I have seen social media being used in a very wrong way. People are spreading wrong news and trying to make money out of it with wrong moves.
but when that invention is getting into the whole world people are finding some way to get the invention in wrong use, and then blaming the inventor that he has made it all his fault, which is absolutely wrong. When inventions are missused who is to be blamed for it? Is it the inventors or the users who misuse it?
Let's talk about the different social media apps like YouTube, Facebook and Tiktok where ladies post all kind indecent content, exposing their bodies and I doing so many immoral acts online just because they want to be noticed and be famous . Most of them are promoting negative content while some are genuinely doing something good on the platforms. So do we blame the inventors of the apps especially Tiktok for how people abuse the app. No I don't think we should. They are not the ones at fault but the users, although some apps have these rules that pull down sexually explicit contents but these users still manage to escape it.
The responsibility of a misused invention should be associated with the users who are willing to use different inventions for harmful purposes are to be held responsible for their actions . If a person decides to use their phones to scan people are we supposed to blame the phone producer in this case no we are not. The user should take full responsibility.
Guns are used for security and protection and if some decide to is one to commit crime do we have to blame the inventors, no we shouldn't because it's not their fault that inventions made for good have turned bad by those it is given to.

The world is what it is, people don't want to be held responsible for their actions but want to pass the blame to the available person. people do what they want to do and others cannot be blamed for their actions.
Nobody wants to be blamed for anything
Even for one thousand years inventors will keep inventing new things and people will still look for all means to misuse those things.
Humans always find a way to misuse interventions
Most of these invention we used were created with no evil in sight but we humans will always be human....we will always see another meaning to everything....so in this case, the users should be blamed. Everyone should be held responsible for what they do because a knife cannot just stab a person on it own without someone having to weaponize it
