A FRIEND THAT STUCK OVER THE YEARS

Good morning everyone you're welcome to my blog today.

Entering school at the age of 16 was something that give me joy and at the same time it be scared me so much because I didn't even know how to navigate to Life by myself what was I going to do out there in a place that my parents are far away from me and my siblings are not close to me I'm all alone in a whole different environment.

This is my entry for ladies of hive weekly contest. I had a lot of encounters with so many people and I had so many friends in school too right from the time that I stayed in the hostel till the when I moved out of the hostel and went to a lodge because I was always dealing with hair lice or bed bugs in the hostel and it became very very unbearable for me to live there anymore.

So I moved into a lodge I lived with a girl named goodness ,goodness was actually good in the beginning she was one of these high class babes with so many wigs bags designer shoes and all that and I was just me just a normal girl from my village I wasn't into all this fashion and all that meanwhile my department you had to wear your departmental uniform all the time white and carton color for public health department.

So I stay with goodness for 2 years and in that 2 years it was not all good for me I wasn't comfortable in the room I felt suffocated ,she would always use up my full stuffs if I get provisions she will use them most times I have to travel back home to look after my dad before he died then most times I come back without bringing extra food stuff and when I'm not around and I travel and I come back hoping that I still have foodstuffs I come back to nothing and it makes me suffer a lot because what are you going to explain to people at home that you finished food stuff that they gave you while you were not even in school so I decided to leave the lodge.

I moved into a new lodge with my course mate named benita ezeala ,benita ezeala was the best thing that has happened to me she took me in as a sister and a friend she loved me . We related so well like we know each other for quite a very long time funny enough we've been in the same department and we barely talk to each other till our third year in school when we started living together.

It was one of my best moments in school I had peace of mind and everything . We barely fought people would always see us and say this to people love each other so much even the time that she was sick and she fainted I didn't know what I would do at the point because I just felt like how am I supposed to survive when my baby girl is about leaving me I made sure we took her to the hospital that night and she got better because she's hypertensive.

To summarize I met up with her this December because she stays in Lagos and we had fun hanging out together it was so good to see one of my best persons around me again and this is me shouting out to benita Ezeala for being my best girl ever I love you girl 💕. even though she's not on hive but I want the world to know that I love and appreciate her and I value our friendship.
