Skill-specific platforms

Source

We all want to improve our position. To improve our position, we have to work hard and suffer a lot. But if we want to improve ourselves, then we must find a platform according to our skills.

There are many children in our family who like to do mechanics. But their families want them to do a government job or be involved in good work. But when that child shows extreme skill in mechanics, their families do not want to accept it and put the burden of government job on their heads.

Basically, our society is very difficult. We do not let people who are skilled in the subject move forward according to their choice. Rather, we impose various things on their heads and they cannot bear it and they lose their interest in work. This is very painful.

If we want to make our own position different from others, then we must work according to our skills. We have to find a platform in which we are skilled and work there. That is, if we express interest in the work that we can do well, it will not take long for us to succeed in that work. If we constantly express more interest in the things we know, we get more ideas about that thing and know more. As a result, experience and skills increase a lot and it is possible to become an expert by knowing too much and it is possible to improve from there.

So if you want to change yourself, then express interest in the subject that you are good at. If someone forces or forces you on something but you do not have the skills in that subject, then definitely avoid that subject. Because instead of spending the time to get an idea about unknown things, express interest in the things you know better and you will be able to increase your skills even more.

So, be it a job or a business, try to do the work that matches your mind. You will see that one day success will definitely come. And this is a very realistic and proven thing.

This is such a needed perspective. We often prioritize 'prestige' or 'job security' over natural talent, but true excellence only comes when someone is working within their unique skill set. As you mentioned, when you love what you do, you naturally become an expert. Thanks for sharing this.
