Take Time Daily
It is important to make sure in our hectic lives to take a little time just for ourselves.
After some tasks and errands I started to get back into a flow after recovering being ill.
I spent some time with @wugga and @expo.void then headed to my favourite spot by the canal.
I watched a canal boat pass while I was resetting my brain its so peaceful here.
After a cycle around i got back to routine completing tasks and errands.
On the way I took some photos of me picking up some speed it was one handed so I could take the pictures with my phone.
Don't try this at home
I walked Bella a few times today as I didn't have time for a big walk.
Trouble area
I had to grab dinner on the go and got a Chinese.
