My Actifit Report Card: 4️⃣/4️⃣/2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣

After starting yesterday in my home office, I enjoyed a productive morning of work followed by a leisurely walk with the dog in the afternoon sunshine. The fresh air and Exercise were a welcome break from the desk.
In the evening, I hopped on my bike for a ride, looking forward to clearing my mind and enjoying the winding trails down the hill. However, as I descended a downhill slope, my back brake pads locked up unexpectedly, causing me to skid to a sudden stop. The unexpected incident left me momentarily startled but quickly got things under control. It was a minor setback, but it reminded me of life’s little ups and downs—something worth laughing about later! One pad can be used as a razor now
