Football night? My Actifit Diary: June 30 2026
There’s a first for everything. I’m sitting here, in front of the laptop, with Word only being half of my screen – the other one is Disney+ aka ESPN, where an Ecuadorian player just tackled a Mexican player and that one flew like a condor. It’s only 20min in, and already a body intense game. Fun to watch. A lot more than Germany vs. Paraguay yesterday.
It’s been a productive day, very much indeed. I just finished off my daily activities, and it’s 9pm. Still some fun things to do, like writing this and Duolingo, and then off to bed. I’m tired. The gym was leg day, and that’s always tiring. I’m now back to 8 clean reps at 150kg on the bench press.
1:0 for Mexico now. Great goal. Many will be crying around me today. But Ecuador won against Germany after an early goal against them – maybe that’s a repeat?
Not much more to say for today. I’ll be watching the game a little more, while I brush my teeth and do Duolingo and all that. And that’s it. Thank you for reading! Have a good night!

I wnate to watch that game, but missed it. Was napping. Looks like Mexico won 2-0. I am sure Ecuador players gave it their all.
Leg days are the worst. I remember those vividly. Hated them.
