Evolution's positive curve. It only gets better.

As beautiful as life is, filled with its uncertainties, there is one thing that stands as a universal truth and that is the fact that change is constant. Human evolution has by far surpassed what the scientists of old envisioned. If they could be allowed to live in this present time, I'm certain they would die out of immense joy because the immense technological and scientific inventions are far beyond what they were able to comprehend in the past.

Evolution in simple lay man's terms can be said to be a series of successive changes over time that brings a whole new species out of pre-existing ones. From as far back as I can remember, coupled with the things I was taught in school, evolution is really powerful and it will continue until all life ceases to exist on this planet.

Humans have evolved from cave men who walked around barely covered, barely sensible and barely able to cater to their needs to this great sophistication that we have now presently. It is truly amazing. From using sticks and stones in hunting and farming, to now making use of sophisticated machineries and more is yet to come.

From living in caves, living in tents, living in sheds to now living in huge houses and mansions and even sky scrappers. The advent of evolution impacts everything that has lived and is still living. Physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and educationally, evolution's trend is very visible for all to see.

The beauty for me here is that despite the advancements we have seen so far, there is still room for more and I'm so ecstatic just thinking about what the next generation are going to be doing. Will time travel become a possibility like we see in the movies?

I asked this question because humanity has already succeeded in creating artificial intelligence which was something that seemed impossible some 50 years ago but today, it is a reality that man so much depends on.

Some days ago, I saw an advert pop up as I played on my Duolingo app. The advert was about an Ai that you can talk to and seek counsel from. They called it Character Ai*. Hmm, I was flabbergasted just watching the advert because now it seems that people won't need physical therapy anymore since an Ai can easily identify their emotions and help them recover from their misery. Indeed evolution works wonders.

I am optimistic about the changes that are going to evolve. I cannot state for certain, if it is going to be this or that but one thing is certain. The next generation are going to be smarter and more technologically advanced than this present generation and the previous ones combined.

The amount of information and knowledge that would be accessible would be very huge even more than we have access to presently. The future holds great things and I'm sure that nature would settle in by allowing for better breeds of human species to be born that can handle such greatness.

The changes I think humans will evolve to would cover physical, mental, cognitive, emotional and psychological areas. For one, the weather changes are becoming more and more unpredictable, so there is a need for a new breed that can adapt to the ever changing weather.

Cognitive wise, there will be a new breed that can take in information speedily without having to spend hours on a book and surely, the next breed would be computer literate right from the womb, lol. I also hope that the next breed of humans are born with stronger eye cells to be able to overcome the eye defects that this present generation suffer due to intense use of phones.

But in all, evolution never gives a minus. It is always a plus to humanity and to the world at large. No matter the changes that will ever come about, there will be humans that will adapt effortlessly and that's a blessing.
