If money wasn't a problem
Few hours ago my landlady came to remind me that my rent is due for payment, we don't have issues and I never owed her the previous years but you need to see how angry she was and the tone of voice she came with, she even said I should have renewed my rent three months before it's expired I just smiled and apologized to her, I promised to go and make payment after the holiday which will be in the next two days.
Am sure that if money wasn't the problem everyone living in Nigeria will want to own a home on their name, houseing or accomodations problem is the biggest challenge many people are facing.
Currently I don't like my house, if I had money I would have loved it to be more comfortable, very spacious with enough ventilation but because I can't afford such comfort I am stocked in a very small space, some times I find it very difficult to make food because the kitchen space is very small with a very small window that makes it so hot when am cooking.
The beautiful duplex you see in the picture will cost 250k $ which is a whole lot, if money wasn't a problem that's the kind of beautiful spacious home I want for myself.
A second thing I would love to have if money wasn't a problem is a 2025 model of GLC Benz, just this evening while jogging I saw a young guy with this exact car, I kept admiring it because thats the only thing I can do, I can't even afford one tyre talk more of the whole car
I would have also loved to have a 2023 model of Toyota venza, I love Toyota cars majorly venza, the interior is just like am on a vacation.
Thirdly if I am financially boyoant I will travel to Canada for vacation, I spend time touring the city and learning new things.
If money wasn't a problem I will own a bakery and a farm where there will be great production on daily basis to generate more money and also take care of the lowly ones
Why All These
When you own a home of your own, it gives a sort of peace of mind, am sure if I own a home on my name today my life will never remain the same, majority of humans living spend lots of time to work and save for house rent, that feeling of owning my dream home can not be compared to anything.
Having a car of my dream, traveling around the world or vacation is one of the best way to pamper myself if money wasn't a problem.
Unfortunately money is a very big problem so those dream will remain a dream till they turn into reality someday.
