It’s always my sincere pleasure to connect and also share thoughts with this vibrant community. I’m much grateful for this engaging prompt, as it truly allows me to reflect on something I’ve truly always looked forward to, a dream vacation.

I’ve Never Been on a Vacation—But I Know Where I Would Love to Go

Although I am yet to had that privilege of traveling for vacation just yet, buy the idea of it excites me so deeply. I’ve always imagined several places, but this one destination stands out strongly in my heart: the Obudu Mountain Resort in Cross River State, Nigeria.

Why i choose Obudu Mountain Resort

• There’s really something so magical about nature, the calmness, the greenery, and the refreshing fresh air that clears our mind. "Obudu Mountain Resort" is my perfect blend of beauty and peace. It’s high up in the mountains, much quiet and so refreshing, and full of pleasing adventure. I see it more as the best place to unwind, reflect about life, and spend much quality time with loved ones.

For me, vacation is obviously not just a trip, it’s a time to always pause after a long run in life, breathe, and enjoy the simple things of life. I would so much love to go with my family, my future wife, parents and siblings reasons being that with them in such a peaceful environment, the experience to be made would be more unforgettable. Imagine hiking together, taking of quality photos beside waterfalls, watching the sunrise, and just laughing out together over local meals. That’s definitely the kind of moment I cherish.

My Expectations and Excitement
I much expect to feel so alive and free — really far from my daily stress and noise. I hope to really explore the mountain’s beauty, take a long nature walks, write about this experience, and also capture memories while learning from it. I also see it as the best way to connect with my roots and also appreciate the richness of Nigeria’s natural heritage.

In as much that I haven’t traveled for vacation yet, my sincere dream is clear and so close to my heart. Obudu Mountain Resort is my ideal getaway, and one day so soon, I believe I’ll experience its amazing wonders. Until then, I’ll only keeps on dreaming, working harder, and really looking forward to that beautiful moment with family on the mountain.
