Adding More LEO to My Stash: Target 5.000 LEO!

The prospect of receiving dividends in USDC and gaining some exposure to a cross-chain project is very appealing to me.

As I’ve written several times already, although the major part of my crypto investment is on Hive, I’d really like to start building something elsewhere too, in order to diversify my holdings a bit and increase the chances of catching a project/token that could significantly appreciate and bring some satisfaction.

HIVE (the token), in fact, hasn’t been showing great results in terms of price lately: we’re still below the psychological threshold of 25 cents and, barring an altseason that seems to be taking its sweet time, there don’t appear to be any major reasons that could push the price significantly higher—well, the reasons do exist, but the world continues to ignore them, so the outcome remains the same.

So having a few hundred dollars invested in another asset doesn’t seem like a bad idea at all, especially if that asset, LEO, has a team behind it that has built and continues to build a lot.

LeoDex, in particular, is a project I like a lot and where the team seems to be achieving good results.

Twenty-one days after the start of the LEO token airdrop event, LeoDex has accumulated swaps for a total volume exceeding 1 million dollars, which doesn’t seem like a bad result at all.

I’ve personally tried using the platform a bit, and I’ve found its utility to be very high, as it allows for easy and straightforward swaps between tokens across different chains, removing the need to rely on a multitude of different bridges.

Not that there aren’t still a few bugs and issues, but overall, the experience has been very good and in line with what I expect from a platform of this kind.

I need more LEO!

I’ve therefore decided to further increase my exposure to the LEO token, hoping that the price surge we’ve seen since the implementation of LEO2.0 tokenomics can continue and reach much higher peaks.

On Hive I currently hold 3962 LEO, which increases daily thanks to a 1500 HP delegation to @leo.voter.

And now, thanks to some arbitrage operations, I also hold another 401 pLEO, which is the wrapped version of LEO available on Polygon.

So in total I’m close to 4400 LEO, which I will transfer to Arbitrum in order to receive rewards in the form of USDC, as soon as it becomes possible.

With a bit of luck, between delegation, arbitrage, and (future) rewards, reaching 5000 LEO shouldn’t be too difficult—and at that point, all I can do is hope that LEO will soon reach new heights.

Aggiunti Altri LEO al Mio Portafoglio: Obiettivo 5000 LEO!

La prospettiva di ricevere dividenti in USDC e avere una certa esposizione ad un progetto cross-chain è, per me, molto allettante.

Come ho scritto già alcune volte, sebbene il grosso del mio investimento crypto sia su Hive, mi piacerebbe molto cominciare a costruire qualcosa anche altrove, così da diversificare un po' il mio investimento ed aumentare le mie possibilità di beccare un progetto/token che possa apprezzarsi molto e darmi qualche soddisfazione.

HIVE (il token) infatti ultimamente non sta dando grandi risultati a livello di prezzo: siamo ancora sotto la soglia psicologica dei 25 centesimi e, almeno di una altseason che tarda ad arrivare, per ora non sembrano esserci grosse ragioni che possano spingere il prezzo tanto più in alto di così - o, meglio, le ragioni ci sarebbero, ma il mondo continua ad ignorarle, per cui il risultato non cambia.

E quindi avere qualche centinaio di dollari investiti anche in un altro asset non sembra poi una brutta prospettiva, soprattutto se questo asset, LEO, ha dietro un team che ha costruito e sta costruendo tanto.

LeoDex, in particolare, è un progetto che mi piace molto e dove il team sembra star ottenendo buoni risultati.

A 21 giorni dall'inizio dell'evento di airdrop del token LEO, LeoDex ha accumulato swap per un volume complessivo che supera 1 milione di dollari, che non mi sembra affatto un cattivo risultato.

Io stesso ho provato un po' ad utilizzare questa piattaforma e ho constatato come la sua utilità sia davvero elevata, dato che consente facilmente ed in maniera molto semplice di fare swap tra token di chain diverse, eliminando così la necessità di doversi affidare ad una moltitudine di bridges diversi.

Non che non ci sia ancora qualche difetto e bug, però l'esperienza nel complesso è stata molto buona ed in linea con quello che mi aspetto da una piattaforma di questo genere.

Mi servono più LEO!

Ho deciso quindi di incrementare maggiormente la mia esposizione al token LEO, sperando che l'aumento di prezzo a cui abbiamo assistito dall'entrata in vigore della tokenomics di LEO2.0 possa andare ancora avanti e raggiungere vette ben più alte.

Su Hive attualmente possiedo 3962 LEO, che aumentano ogni giorni grazie ad una delega di 1500 HP in favore di @leo.voter.

E adesso, grazie a qualche operazione di arbitraggio, possiedo anche altri 401 pLEO, ossia la versione wrapped di LEO disponibile su Polygon.

In totale perciò sono quasi a 4400 LEO che, quando sarà possibile, trasferirò su Arbitrum, così da ottenere ricompense sotto forma di USDC.

Con un po' di fortuna, tra delega, arbitraggio e (future) ricompense arrivare a 5000 LEO non sarà troppo difficile e, a quel punto, non mi resterà che sperare che LEO possa presto arrivare a toccare nuove vette.
