Waking up at night is a very bad thing but sometimes you have to wake up at night due to busyness.Apart from being busy, nowadays, if we get an Android phone we stay up all night and watch various videos.This habit of staying up late at night is a very bad thing but sometimes the devil catches us.Last night I was a victim.

I try to fall asleep early but sometimes I fall in love with a movie.Once I start watching it, it's 2 or 3 am by the time I finish it.I noticed that my body is feeling a lot worse today because I stayed up watching movies last night.If I had slept on time maybe I wouldn't be feeling sick today.

Sleeping late at night is very bad for your body and health and it will make you sick.Without enough sleep you will not be able to function properly during the day so you should get enough sleep every day.I myself am feeling sick today and tried to sleep after noon.I didn't go to the office today.

I rested at home today because I felt a little sick.After lunch I tried to sleep.I woke up at 5 pm and went outside.I live in the city because of my job, so I can see the city streets and car stands as soon as I leave the house.Due to illness I tried to build up some energy by sleeping in the afternoon.

Having saved some energy by sleeping I went out onto the road at five in the afternoon and walked along the road entering a car stand.There is a car stand next to the road and only rented cars are parked there.This is an important public place in the city so it is very important to keep this place clean.

Some places are very clean because the city corporation has taken the initiative to clean the city.However, there are still some places where garbage is seen which is our duty to clean.Today we all live in this city so it is our responsibility to preserve the beauty of this city.A developed city means its people are responsible.

A car stand is very important because people from different cities come here.Many people come here from other cities or districts, so these places should be kept clean.A clean city means a developed city.And we want everyone to appreciate our city.The City Corporation has many initiatives to improve the city.

To improve a city we also need to stand by the City Corporation.Apart from work, I take out time and try to clean the garbage by visiting the city.I try to clean the garbage from the important points of the city.Look today I cleaned the garbage from an important car stand in the city.I completed this activities this afternoon.
