totally agree, easing off keeps the knees happy and makes runs feel lighter. I find easy days and simple food choices stack up over weeks, so the body recovers and the mind stays steady. whats your go to easy day, or do you run by feel and let the snekaers tell you when to chill?

There's no set day! I run two or three times a week. At certain times, my body seems to scream for me to run, at others I don't feel like it, but I go anyway.

love that you let the body lead, it keeps the mind steady and the knees happier. On the days you don't feel like it but go anyway, do you keep it very eASy and and short, or mix in a few strides just to wake things up. tiny wins add up without poking the fatigue bear.
