Neutro
This weekend, which is almost over, has been quite busy. But busy in terms of physical effort, not because I attended multiple events out and about.
I’ve spent three consecutive days waking up early to go to the only ATM that almost always has electricity. There are others near my house, but they never have power, so walking it is. Transportation doesn’t help, especially on weekends.

The most pleasant day for me was Saturday. I went to visit my longtime friend without warning. It seems my instinct was right because she was preparing one of those feasts she knows how to make. Before arriving at her house, I decided to walk toward a small hill covered with pines nearby. I had always wanted to climb it but had never made up my mind.
With so much free time, I decided it was finally time to go up there, and it was definitely worth it. The view from there was extraordinary. The phone’s lens couldn’t capture at all what my eyes were seeing. The whole city could be seen from there. I felt like having a bit of wine and drinking it while enjoying that view.

Once again my friend cooked chickpeas, but this time with many more ingredients than the last time. She was cooking with charcoal, but luckily, as I walked through the door, electricity appeared. The rest of the dishes were cooked in record time. After all that sun and walking, the food was enough fuel to finish the day.

Today, Sunday, I went back to the ATM. I handled a transfer for my uncle, who doesn’t know much about these “modern things.” Now I’m at home, watching how the sun stays hidden behind thin clouds, creating the same unbearable steam I mentioned several days ago. A neutral weekend for me. It wasn’t the best, but certainly not the worst either.
