Wednesday walk-Morning running after some years

Welcome to Walking Wednesday, with +9K steps at the end of the day.
We are at middle of the week. Morning was cloudy.

This running morning was my first before 8:00 am after years. Actually, I am retaking this habit since three weeks ago.
Specially this morning was great because it didn't till afternoon. The clouds gave the sensation of early than 7:00 am. But I got out of home at 7:00 am. I enjoyed the seaside at morning.

I missed my daily steps goal by +400 steps. But the average of my last seven days is good (13,068 steps) as reflect of my daily running. As I am feeling it helps to improve my health I am encouraging myself to maintain it every day.

The new designed trail is 13 K. Hopefully I can do all that 13 Km before the year end.

At noon, Evie went to the Terraza, she likes to play running in that artistic space designed by a french neighbour, actually ex-neighbour as she just moved some weeks ago. I will do a post with more details of her painting in the terraza before it vanish.


When i took Evie to her walk I realised a New shop in the neighbourhood. The classical flowers announce the beginning of business.


In another post I mentioned I thought it would be a Real State business. And was right.
Most of the day I was busy doing blogging (you still can support any of my posts 🙂) and some trading online. At last walking with Evie, my dog, at evening I tried to complete my 10K steps, but I couldn't.
Anyway, it was a productive Wednesday considering it vacation.
