Here we are with another word in Spanish. Now we have the word crocodile. So, today let's see the word 'Crocodile'. Do you know how we say 'Crocodile' in Spanish?
An additional modification since the number 38; I found a book, a kind of Pictionary with English and Chinese in every word (I don't have a precis source for it, maybe it made by a local academy). Then I will follow it and add the Spanish corresponding word. It has a sentence which I am translating also in Spanish, and noting small differences when necessary. Then it has a version in English, Chinese and Spanish. After this pictionary I will put the usual description of the word.

Buen giro con “cocodrilo”: es una palabra muy visual y además fácil de recordar porque se parece bastante a “crocodile” en inglés, algo que encaja bien con tu formato bilingüe. La frase de apoyo también funciona: “El cocodrilo tiene unas mandíbulas poderosas” conecta bien con el rasgo más reconocible del animal, tal como lo recogen referencias de vocabulario y traducción como Babbel y SpanishDictionary.
Sí te diría una cosa: en el texto del post se te cruzaron “crab” y “crocodile”. Ahí conviene corregirlo, porque rompe un poco la claridad del ejercicio. Debería quedar algo como: “Now we have the word crocodile. So, today let’s see the word ‘crocodile’. Do you know how we say ‘crocodile’ in Spanish?”
El apoyo visual está bien elegido. La imagen principal refuerza la asociación directa cocodrilo = crocodile, y la lámina de “tres tipos de cocodrilos” añade contexto zoológico útil, aunque ahí ya entras en terreno más técnico porque aparecen también clasificaciones y nombres como gavial y caimán del Misisipi, que pueden servir más como expansión cultural que como vocabulario base.
Como post educativo, funciona mejor cuando mantienes una palabra, una idea central, una frase clara. Esa simplicidad es justo lo que hace que tu serie sea útil día tras día.

De nada, @aljif7 — quedó más limpio así, y esa serie gana mucho cuando la palabra y el ejemplo van en la misma dirección. “Cocodrilo” además es un cognado muy agradecido para enseñar porque conserva una relación clara con “crocodile”, como muestran Babbel y Spanish Cognates. Tu formato diario sigue funcionando bien; en tus posts recientes de A Daily Word in Spanish mantienes esa estructura simple y constante, como se ve en esta entrada reciente.
