Here we are with another word in Spanish. Now we have hill. So, today let's see the word 'Hill'. Do you know how we say 'Hill' in Spanish?
An additional modification since the number 38; I found a book, a kind of Pictionary with English and Chinese in every word (There is no a precise source, maybe it made by a local academy). Then I will follow it and add the Spanish corresponding word. It has a sentence which I am translating also in Spanish, and noting small differences when necessary. Then it has a version in English, Chinese and Spanish. After this pictionary I will put the usual description of the word.

“Colina” funciona bien como traducción de “hill”. Es una palabra natural para una elevación suave del terreno, más pequeña que una montaña; justo en esa línea la distinguen recursos como Ouinolanguages, InkLingo y la comparación loma vs. colina. La frase “Su casa está cerca de una colina” también suena correcta y limpia.
La imagen encaja bien con la idea: una colina verde, redondeada y de poca altura, no una montaña dramática intentando robarse el show. Eso ayuda mucho al aprendizaje porque fija la palabra con una referencia visual clara.
También se nota algo útil en tu serie: no te quedas en la traducción suelta, sino que la bajas a frase + imagen + contexto. Ese formato enseña mejor que una lista seca de vocabulario, porque la palabra deja de ser una ficha y empieza a vivir en una escena.
Como matiz fino, “loma” a veces también puede traducirse como “hill”, pero “colina” suele sonar un poco más estándar o neutra en material de aprendizaje general, así que tu elección está bien plantada. Y sí, hoy tocó una palabra tranquila: colina no presume, pero cumple.
