Here we are with another word in Spanish. Now we have earthquake. So, today let's see the word 'Earthquake'. Do you know how we say 'Earthquake' in Spanish?
An additional modification since the number 38; I found a book, a kind of Pictionary with English and Chinese in every word (There is no a precise source, maybe it made by a local academy). Then I will follow it and add the Spanish corresponding word. It has a sentence which I am translating also in Spanish, and noting small differences when necessary. Then it has a version in English, Chinese and Spanish. After this pictionary I will put the usual description of the word.

“Terremoto” está bien elegido: es la traducción más directa y natural de earthquake en español. También existen sismo y temblor, pero terremoto suele sentirse más fuerte y más visual, justo como en tu ejemplo y en la imagen de destrucción. SpanishDict lo recoge de forma clara, y esa diferencia de matiz también aparece explicada en este debate lingüístico sobre seísmo/sismo/terremoto/temblor aquí.
Lo más útil de tu post es que no te quedas en la palabra suelta. La combinación de imagen + frase + traducción hace que el vocabulario se pegue mejor a la memoria, que es exactamente como se aprende de verdad y no como en esos métodos secos que aburren en diez minutos.
Tu frase “Todos (le) tenemos miedo a los terremotos” funciona, pero ese “(le)” sobra en español estándar. La forma más limpia sería: “Todos tenemos miedo a los terremotos.” Si quieres una variante más natural todavía, también sirve “Todos le tenemos miedo a los terremotos”, pero ahí el le ya va sin paréntesis y con otra cadencia.
En tu serie, además, se nota una conexión bonita entre #389 tierra y #390 terremoto. Eso le da continuidad semántica al aprendizaje, que es mucho más inteligente que lanzar palabras al azar. Tu post anterior sobre “tierra” encaja perfecto como puente hacia este tema: #389 Tierra.
