Today was an interesting day. We held a training session for the group in our shared office, internally for the first time. The focus was on goal setting, because with twenty people it's difficult to define things in general terms. It went well, and after five hours we had a plan for what we want to implement by the end of the year. For me, this means more work. That means I'll have to save time somewhere. I won't be cutting back on family or work. All other projects or hobbies will lose some time, but you have to set priorities.
The training went very well. Everyone was prepared and came up with constructive ideas. It's really fun when everyone in a group pulls together. That motivates me and I want to continue to grow with this group, because there are people here who don't complain, they just get things done. I also learned a lot today and was able to show my partners something they didn't know yet. What we have planned is scalable and leverageable. I'm excited to see how it develops, but I can tell you this: if you're in Munich, feel free to drop by for a good cup of coffee.
Heute war ein interessanter Tag. In unserem Gemeinschaftsbüro haben wir eine Schulung für die Gruppe gehalten, erstmals intern. Der Fokus lag auf Zielsetzung, denn bei zwanzig Leuten ist es schwer, pauschal zu definieren. Es ist gut gelaufen und nach fünf Stunden hatten wir einen Plan, was wir bis Ende des Jahres umsetzen möchten. Für mich wird es dort mehr Einsatz geben. Das bedeutet, dass ich irgendwo Zeit sparen muss. Ich werde weder bei der Familie noch bei der Arbeit sparen. Alle anderen Projekte oder Hobbys werden etwas Zeit verlieren, aber man muss Prioritäten setzen.
Die Schulung lief sehr gut. Alle waren vorbereitet und kamen mit konstruktiven Ideen. Es macht wirklich Spaß, wenn alle in einer Gruppe an einem Strang ziehen. Das motiviert mich und ich möchte weiterhin mit dieser Gruppe wachsen, denn es sind Leute dabei, die nicht meckern, sondern machen. Ich habe heute auch viel gelernt und konnte meinen Partnern etwas zeigen, das sie noch nicht wussten. Was wir vorhaben, ist skalierbar und hebelbar. Ich bin gespannt, wie es sich entwickelt, aber ich kann euch sagen: Wenn ihr in München seid, könnt ihr gerne auf einen guten Kaffee vorbeikommen.
