Is silence a protest? This question sometimes comes to my mind. Because there are many moments in our lives when we may not be able to say anything even if we want to or it is not possible for us to say it. That's when we keep quiet and remain silent. Many people think that being silent or remaining silent means admitting weakness. I do not agree with this. I think silence is often a strong protest that cannot be expressed in words.

In fact, in the society we live in, there is often a language to protest to tell the truth, but there is no opportunity. Because the environment has been developed in such a way that if you tell the truth, you are made to be wrong. It is from this place that I think silence can be a big protest. Because being silent means that saying nothing is not always like that. Being silent means many times holding your position. Swallowing your anger, pain, pride and keeping yourself under control.
