Self-respect is an important aspect of human life. Whether a person has something or not, he lives with this self-respect. This is more common in older people. A person who does not have this self-respect gradually loses his inner strength. We often do not understand why we sometimes lose confidence in ourselves or sometimes feel small in front of others. These negative things start happening to us. These things in us, self-respect is not an innate or permanent thing. If we can change our behavior and habits, then everything will gradually become okay.
