Selling my US stock to buy hive, part of my weekly goals

First thing is to set goals, another thing is to plan on how to achieve those goals and follow up with those plans.

I have a target of powering up 500hp before the year runs out, then I have to think and act to achieve that goal.

I need to sell some of my assets elsewhere to buy hive now that hive is down and power up, this is one strategy that will help me to reach my 500hp goal

I have one of the stock application called bamboo I have a little US stock I bought few months ago and it's more easy to withdraw than other assets of mine.

How I get to know about bamboo.

Few months ago my friend introduced me to bamboo, bamboo is investment app that gives people the opportunity to buy Us and Nigerian stocks and it gives users the opportunity to invest little by little, it also gives users access some companies stock like Amazon and Apple and it gives interest on daily basis based on the price of market and also the higher the investment the higher the profit.

As an entrepreneur I don't put my eggs in one basket and I don't stop exploring different opportunities, after my friend explained a lot she has gained from such type of investment and how it's going to help her achieve financial freedom I decided to buy some stocks.

It wasn't a bad idea then but now after setting the goal of 500hp I need to do some adjustments, so I decided to sell of some stocks and use the money to buy hive, currently I placed an order to sell one of the stocks, tho the price is low but I feel am better of buying hive with it.

Now I also realize the disadvantages of investing on any web3 platform, I can't just take away my money I have to wait till whenever they confirm and send it, that's just what a centralized system is, you don't have authority over your assets.
Anyway I have learned my lessons, with this target of 500hp am sure am going to pull out all my investment on web2 platforms and invest them on Hive.

A second weekly goals

Today I decided to explore more and I saw the ecency leaderboard, that leaderboard helps participants to see how many engagement they have done in a day, weekly and also monthly and it helps them to do more as they have to compete with people at the top ten, and I also not that @melinda010100 and others appreciate the top ten with prices and am sure that adds to the motivation, so am joining them right away to see if I can get to the top leaderboard by engaging more and creating short form content.

At the end of this week I will do a check on how far I went this week to achieve my goals and where I should do better, I will as well celebrate any little win of mine because that will motivate me the more.
