Scammers are real
Lately, I noticed fake airdrops on Hive known as Hive airdrop and ecency airdrop sadly a few newbies who are desperate to earn and who don't have mentors might falling victim to these scammers.
About Hive
One thing everyone should know is that there is no free hive anywhere on Hive. #hive has not introduced any airdrop, and I don't think that would happen.
To earn Hive users must work hard by creating content threads, snaps, Waves and long content, participating in contest and playing web3 games on Hive, and if a user wins a contest prices are sent directly to the user's wallet, if the content gets supported it pays out after seven days and the user claims it directly from their wallet.
They are scammers

One thing that makes it so obvious that they are scammers is the airdrop requirement and how the mention people on their page telling them about the airdrop, the next thing they do is to request for private keys, Hive blockchain will always warn you not to share your key with anyone, but these scammers are busy requesting for users' keys and immediately you give them that access they will take everything in your wallet and make you cry.
Hive transactions are free but these scammers request gas fees and they will promise to give too many Hive, from where please because they are all new accounts..

They go around mentioning people congratulating them that they have won a huge prize, then they drop a link for users to click, funny they have no reputation at all and they own no hive in their wallet so how could they give users huge hive as they promise?
Everything being said the conclusion is that all users should know that there is nothing like Hive airdrop, never share your keys with anyone, newbies should know that Hive is not a platform where you make money without hard work, as a newbie there is a need to be patient, consistent, and remain focused on building not earning so as not to be a victim of scammers.
Bye for now.
