Splinterlands - I will Giveaway "Pelacor Bandit"

Splinterlands is one of the real gems here on Hive and no one can deny the importance of this game and its magnificence at the same time. As for the Splinterlands community, I find it one of the best communities in terms of help, support and providing useful information about the game.

What is "Pelacor Bandit?

It is a water card which has 3 speed, 2 health and 1 melee attack also has two abilities sneak (Target the enemy unit in last position) and flying (+25% to evade physical attack and Immune to earthquake).
