You don't need to be strong in terms of HP to be in the top60. We refer to the liotes ranking which has different metrics. You can climb in the ranking with 3 things:
- Buying LENM and staking them
- Delegating HP to liotes.voter
- Taking part in our weekly missions
All three things are combined in the ranking and it's actually not that difficult to make it into the top 60 :-)
