How to Make Talking Head Videos More Engaging With AI Overlays

For quite some time I haven't done any videos and I got back on track. Today, I'm sharing with you a little tutorial on how you can create overlays for your videos, kind of b-rolls that help you to make your talking head videos or whatever videos that you make more interactive and more interesting. The best thing about that workflow is that these overlays are generated automatically. Based on the overlays that we generate, it's even possible to transform them into animated motion graphics using specialized tools.

The tools that I use in this tutorial are:

  • Notebook LM, the free version
  • Canva
  • Any video editing tool that you have at your disposition
  • If you want to make motion graphics, you will probably need a AI video generation tool that allows you to use first and last frame like Kling or Veo.

Apart from the motion graphics that require probably paid tools, all the other tools are totally free to use. So this whole workflow is something that anybody can apply.

Do you like this process? Do you think that you can use it? I'm looking forward to reading your comments.

It looks like decent progress. I don't really need anything like that right now, but maybe I will in the future. I think it works out well.

Well, it's only usefull if you plan to make videos and want to put some additional information on them.
