You actually made a point there. Have you ever tried forcing out a laugh when you're burning with anger? I usually try it, especially if I get angry over a phone call. I would terminate the call and laugh so hard that I’d forget my anger. It’s better than saying something hurtful.

A brain can’t process two emotions, that’s true. And I teach that in my practice. But you found out yourself and that is so precious
