Excitement filled the whole air in the law department at the University. There are only thirty law finalists writing their final examinations and after seven years of study, it’s finally coming to an end.
As for Tonia, she didn’t bother to read a night before the final examination. The beautiful red carpet area where she was going to take her sign out photos was what she had on her mind.

Hello sir, I am done. I want to submit my answer sheet, Tonia walked forward to the hall stage and submits her answer sheet to the examination invigilator without any form of cross check.

You are so fast. Are you sure you did well?, as an external invigilator, he wasn’t allowed to check the scripts but he made sure to ask Tonia if she would like to cross check before letting her out of the examination hall.

Shortly after Tonia submitted her answer sheet, other students began to submit. It was unplanned but they all knew where to head to. It was the celebration area of course and in no time, the whole center of the red carpet was filled with finalist who were taking pictures here and there. The red carpet area was the celebration spot for the day and even the most serious and brilliant law students were eager to be there with their peers to celebrate the job well done together.

It was thirty minutes after Tonia stepped out of the examination hall and some students. In the hall, there were just seven students left out of thirty.

What are these guys still doing in there? They should do what they can do and leave the rest. Whereas, it’s our final examinations and I’m sure that our lecturers will have mercy on us and no one will fail, the one person who has been craving a group picture of all the finalists said.
Also, every other person has been waiting for Rachel and other six students to finish their examinations.

Feeling uplifted, they all popped their bottles of champagne, celebrating seven years of their stay in the law University.
During the celebration, a few of the celebrants sighted one of their professors going into the examination hall and such at is mostly not allowed during an examination.

Hello everyone. The last fifteen questions are not correct. Kindly have these extra question papers. Then, pick your answers accordingly, Rachel was about to stand up and submit her answer sheet when the professor came in to shed more light to the cunning questions.

Luckily, those who were last to submit their answer sheets and last to the celebration area were the only ones who had that opportunity of having the change their answers to the correct one.

By the time Rachel and her peers who finished last in the exam hall got out, their other peers were almost on their way to the club where they all have planned to have their final celebration.

We’ve been waiting for you guys. Why did it take you all so long?, a fair lady who’s the most social of them all asks all the people who got late to the celebration area.
Rachel then explains what happened in the hall and how the professor came into the hall to change some questions and answers of the last fifteen questions out of forty.

No single person felt remorseful or bad about the opportunity that they all missed. It wasn’t really about that but whoever fails the examination is likely to spend an extra year in school.

Even if I will feel bad or later regret this, it will surely be after this final party so let me enjoy this while it lasts. Let’s all head to the club, a brilliant boy, Abass, a sly said to boost everyone’s mood so they don’t think about the opportunity they had missed in the hall.
Immediately he said that, everyone jumped up and hopped into each other’s cars to head to the club.

Just two weeks after the examination, the results were out. The seven students who got to the area of celebration last passed amazingly. Abass, the cunning guy who deceived everyone not to think about the missed opportunity passed the examination as well and just five more people.
Sadly, about seventeen other students failed the examination.

They were lucky though. Since it wasn’t their fault, they all were allowed to rewrite the examination instead of having a final year.

As for Rachel and others who passed just because they had the opportunity due to their delayed time in the hall, including a few people who also passed were welcomed to the bar earlier or a year after those who had to rewrite the examination.
