Hello, my friends.

I think working from home can offer some benefits in terms of work-life balance. But that's just my experience. It doesn't have to be the same for everyone.
It works for me because my priority is being close to my family and spending most of my time with them. I want to be a support, a safety net for my family.

Also, I need the freedom to work whenever and for as long as I want, without the pressure of a fixed schedule. Of course, this type of work works for me because of the kind of work I do. When I worked in accounting, I couldn't work from home.

Of course, it's up to me to create that necessary balance, because if I want to have a coffee, I have to make the time for it, even if I have one at home; I'm the one who has to prepare it.

If I want to go out with my friends to chat, celebrate, or even have a work meeting, I'm the one who has to plan it.

That's because, being my own boss, in this sense:

If I don't work, I don't earn money.

If I spend the day partying, I don't earn money.

So, I have to achieve that balance; and yes, it's my responsibility.

So, whether you work from home or the office, you and your family are solely responsible for the balance between your personal and professional life.

Your family will always be the center of your life. It can't be any other way.

Hola, amigas mías.

Me parece que trabajar desde la casa si puede brindar unos beneficios en cuanto a este equilibrio de la vida personal y la profesional..
Pero ese es mi caso. No tiene que ser igual para todo el mundo.
A mí me funciona porque mi interés es estar cerca de mi familia y pasar la mayor parte del tiempo con ellos. Quiero ser un soporte, una red de seguridad para mi familia.
Además, necesito la libertad de trabajar a la hora y la cantidad de tiempo que desee, sin la presión de un horario.
Claro, a mí me funciona este tipo de trabajo gracias al tipo de trabajo que realizo. Cuando trabajaba en la contabilidad no podía trabajar desde la casa.

Claro de mí depende crear ese balance necesario ya que si quiero tomarme un café tengo que hacer el tiempo para eso aunque lo tenga en la casa soy yo que tiene que prepararlo.

Si deseo salir con mis amigos a conversar, a festejar o incluso, puede que a realizar alguna reunión de trabajo, soy yo el que tiene que planificarse para hacerlo.
Eso se debe a que, al ser mi propio jefe, en este sentido:
Si no trabajo, no gano dinero
Si me paso el día fiestando, no gano dinero
Así que, tengo que lograr ese equilibrio; y sí, está bajo mi responsabilidad.

Así que, no importa si trabajas desde la casa o desde la oficina, el único responsable del equilibrio entre la vida personal y la profesional eres tú y tu familia.
Tu familia siempre será aquello alrededor de lo cual gire tu vida.
No puede ser de otro modo.
