Hello, my friends.
One of the things that most affects the body, incredibly, are those that most affect the mind, your psyche. That's why the best way to take care of my body is to take care of my mind, my friend @merit.ahama. It's about maintaining a balance between taking care of my physical health (by exercising and avoiding a sedentary lifestyle, etc.) and eating well.
But, most importantly, it's about maintaining good spiritual and psychological health. That's harder to take care of and has a greater influence on the body than exercise.
At least, that's my opinion.

Taking care of my family is paramount. Spending quality time with them, knowing they're well, makes me happy.
And with a happy mind, there's no way the body can suffer.
My family is the best medicine for my body. With them, no activity seems anything but sublime, no matter how superficial it may appear. They are the epitome of happiness.

Literature, my literature, is my other escape route and exorcism of all my inner demons. In literature, I materialize everything that comes to mind. Through it, I can give life to all the stories born in my mind.
Otherwise, all those characters and worlds would crowd my mind, yearning to come into being.

The other literature, the literature of my friends, world literature, is what saves me from this increasingly superficial, delicate, and absurd world.
It's sad to see how there is more and more superficial art, more and more uncultured people. However, when I get together with them, when we talk about literature, about art in general, it saves me from boredom.

And, on the other hand: humor.

My friends and I are always laughing, making jokes, and playing pranks on each other like this.
Laughter is one of the most effective antidotes to sadness, mental fatigue, and gloomy days.
That's why I always look for a reason to laugh and make my loved ones laugh.
The day we don't laugh will be one of the saddest days of our lives. If these days keep coming, then something is wrong.

Hola, amigas mías.
Una de las cosas que más afectan al cuerpo, increíblemente, son aquellas que más afectan a la mente, a tu siquis. Por eso, la mejor manera de cuidar mi cuerpo es mantener mi mente, amiga @merit.ahama, es mantener un equilibrio entre el cuidado de mi físico (al hacer ejercicios y evitar el sedentarismo, etc) y alimentarme bien.
Pero, lo más importante de todo, es mantener una buena salud espiritual y sicológica. Esa es más difícil de cuidar y ejerce mayor influencia sobre el cuerpo que los ejercicios.
Al menos, es mi opinión.

Cuidar y atender a mi familia es primordial. Pasar tiempo de lujo con ella, saber que están bien, me hace feliz.
Y con una mente feliz, no hay manera que el cuerpo sufra.
Mi familia es la mejor medicina para mi cuerpo. Junto a ellos no hay actividad que no parezca sublime, por más superficial que parezca. Ellos son la hiperbolización de la felicidad.

La literatura, mi literatura es mi otra vía de escape y exorcismo de todos mis demonios internos. En la literatura materializo todo lo que me viene a la mente. A través de ella puedo darle vida a todas las historias que nacen en mi mente.
De lo contrario, todos esos personajes y mundos abarrotarían mi mente queriendo venir al mundo.

La otra literatura, la de mis amigos, la literatura universal, es lo que me salva de este mundo cada vez más superficial, más delicado y absurdo.
Es triste ver cómo cada vez hay más arte superficial, más personas incultas. Sin embargo, al reunirme con ellos, al conversar sobre literatura, sobre arte en general, me salva del tedio.

Y, por otro lado: el humor.

Mis amigos y yo siempre estamos riendo, haciendo y haciéndonos bromas como esta.
La risa es uno de los antídotos más efectivos contra la tristeza, contra el cansancio mental, contra los días grises.
Por eso siempre busco un motivo para reír y hacer reír a mis seres queridos.
El día que no riamos, será uno de los días más tristes de nuestra vida. Si estos días se suceden, entonces algo va mal.
I love that you focused on the health of the mind, it's the one that controls the body from the inside and you seem to have it figured out to always stay happy and mindful.
