Wispy smoke was still seeping out of the ground in numerous spots, as we hiked up the logging clear cut today! The left over of hot embers still burning deep underground!😮
The loggers have been busy burning dozens of these scrap wood fires on rainy days…… not today, the Sun was back!😎🤗
“Jan, do you want to join Silvertop and me on today’s hike”?

Where Liz and Jan were hiking towards, where the heavy equipment is parked, is a 20 acre parcel that will go up for sale next Spring.
Our best guess is it will go for “at least” $1 million! Then probably $2 million to build a house on the property!
Definitely high end real estate!😊

Such an awesome view, so nice to hike, but the County just sees this potential home as a “Blank Check” a “Piggy Bank” that they can charge you each year for the privilege to live in your own home!🙄
Property taxes are so out of control in Washington State!😮

I wonder how you want to respond to people who say that other people should invest only in cryptocurrency (usually only Bitcoin) and not on precious metals (such as gold, silver, and copper). 🧘♂️🤯🤓

People choose what they will, though I'd say that a focus on multiple solid crypto assets, and various precious metals, would be a very good idea. Other useful and valuable assets too, like tools. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Starlink my friend, we have had download speeds of 450 Mbps 👍😊
Very nice, and that's exactly what I was figuring! We have a very custom system that uses a dual broadband router that connects to mobile networks, and it's on T-Mobile as of late, which has thankfully worked pretty well. I've been strongly considering getting Starlink just for me, however...hehe. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Property taxes are ridiculous and should be banned. Effectively you are renting from the government, you don't actually own your home or land. The east coast is really bad about those taxes too. I know a lot of people retire to Florida for just that reason, lower taxes...
