Totally spot on—those filters and apps turn average selfies into supermodel shots, setting up impossible expectations. Met a girl once whose Insta was flawless, but IRL she looked nothing like it. It's like digital catfishing on a massive scale, messing with everyone's heads. Social media's made "beauty" a full-time editing job.
