Snow!! - My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2025

Hey Actifitters,

As often on weekends, our day started late again yesterday. But once we started, we didn't stop much. Our motivation was helped by the promising little snow we found in the yard. Seems it arrived a few hours later than the forecast had announced, but snow was on its way, already covering the table outside and part of the lawn.

We had many things to do before though and once again our long walk came later (I feel like I say that way too often...). When we finally made it to the forest, flakes were getting bigger.

And Kaia was of course very excited about the snow all over the trails.

I was hoping to reach the bar for #poprzeczka, so I needed a lot of steps, at least 29k. Hence the extra long walk in the forest. Plus, it's tough to resist the snow at night in the forest combo. I often say I like the eerie atmosphere in the forest at night, but it gets even better with snow. Just check out the playground, foggy light and all.

Still snowing when Kaia started to lead us out of the forest. By the way, it was not her best work, she was way too easily distracted to really lead us. But we made it eventually.

It's nice in the forest, but the snow also makes it better in the neighborhood. We added even more distance than usual. The snow crunching under foot is just too great!

When we made it back home, Kaia looked like a snow dog! It melted quickly on her face, but look at her back!

Really not the same vibe for Le Chat...

Well, this is not unusual, but after a late start, we managed to quickly catch up and jump over the bar for #poprzeczka competition. I haven't checked the latest rankings but I guess we're getting close to the end for November session. Not sure I can do much better but I'll try.
