Day 2869 | Skipping Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was another hot day where I ended up skipping my last yoga class. And started my acceleration toward fully getting ready to leave to Thailand for a few months. It feels like I'm almost ready but at the same time have many small individual things to do left which add up with 2 more days to go. In the early evening there were some football matches getting too the end of the season on Sunday with 3 more to go which all will be played at the same time. I went out to get some sun portective lip gloss and also took home some chocolate. I need to watch out though not to ruin my skin again so I resisted the temptation to get some doritos in the evening and I'm avoiding any kind of gluten.


I'm pretty much done also trying to reach a 100k steps goal on the week as I only reached around 7k on the day.
