Day 2866 | Morning Yoga & Tennis

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday had a super active start of the day with a morning hot yoga class directly followed by an hour of playing tennis. I stopped by the supermarket for some healthy food afterward and had a small rest once I got back to my appartment in my coach in front of the tv. I did have some productivity getting some more things done before leaving to Thailand soon. I had some kitchen time in the evening making Lentil pasta with mushrooms and some cream which I ate too much of. I watched some more tv in the evening before eventually going to bed.


I got to only around 9k steps on the day which puts me quite a bit behind the 100k weekly objective and I will see how far I will get.

New Day Goals: I want to maybe go for a morning walk/run, make some progress on the things I still need to get done before leaving to Thailand, & join another hot yoga class in the evening followed by watching the evening football matches.
