Day 2862 | More Hot Yoga & Football

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was another good day where I joined a lunchbreak 60 minute hot yoga class with an extended walk back. Some productivity doing well on the football matches, and a walk to the supermarket to get some food afterward spending a bit of kitchen time. I also went out to get a bit of candy but kept it minimal at just 70 grams. I ended the day by watching the last episode of the real housewives which I highly enjoyed as it was the only really good episode of the season.


This did get me over 11k steps on the day this leaves me with 14446 steps to do still on Sunday to reach my 100k goal for the week which will have to come from going on an evening walk.

New Day Goals: I'm not quite sure yet how to approach Sunday as I could join a morning hot yoga class and do an evening walk if the weather allows it to reach my weekly goal. At the same time, I want to watch the new episode of from in the morning and might do that instead making it into a water fasting day. I do want to get to my 100k steps though.
